A single-tenant retail property in Phoenix sold for $2.57 mil ($886/sf). The property is located at 2649 W Indian School Rd, adjacent to the I-17 Fwy.
The property features an approximately 2.9k sf convenience store and fueling station built in 2000, situated on an approximately 0.88-acre lot. The tenant, West Coasts Petroleum Newports (dba Sinclair Gas Station), is a strong franchisee operator with over 16 years in business.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Chris Hollenbeck and Shane Carter represented the seller, DRA852AZ, LLC, in the transaction. The property was acquired by Glidepath, LLC.
