A two-building, 26.8k sf office portfolio in Henderson, NV traded for $6.5 mil ($243/sf). The property, located at 8925 and 8975 South Pecos Rd, at the Pecos-215 interchange, ensures high visibility and convenient accessibility, connecting it to the broader Las Vegas Valley.
The asset was acquired by A&C Pahrump Capital LLC. CBRE’s Michael Hsu represented the seller, Pecos Beltway Holdings LLC, in the transaction.
