Morgan has been selected by Howard Hughes Communities to manage more than 3,250 residences across 11 premier rental communities in The Woodlands and Bridgeland, two of Greater Houston’s most sought-after master planned communities.
The new assignment encompasses eight communities in The Woodlands: One Lakes Edge, Two Lakes Edge, 1 Riva Row, Creekside Park The Grove, Creekside Park The Residences, The Lane at Waterway, The Millennium Six Pines, and The Millennium One Waterway Avenue, as well as three communities in Bridgeland: Starling at Bridgeland, Lakeside Row The Residences, and Wingspan.
Morgan’s responsibilities will include end-to-end leasing, resident services, and onsite operations across all 11 communities, implementing boutique-style, high-touch management that aligns with Howard Hughes standards for service and asset quality.
This assignment marks an important milestone in Morgan’s strategic expansion. Over the past year, the firm has grown from 18,000 to 23,000 units under management, fueled by the addition of the Howard Hughes Communities portfolio in Houston and rapid growth in Florida. Morgan is now the fourth-largest property manager in Houston, reflecting its expanding influence in high-growth markets across Texas and Florida.
