Metron Farnier, a provider of AI-enabled water management solutions agreed to a lease for 56.7k sf if industrial space in Denver. Located at 335 Centennial Pkwy, on the east side of the Denver Boulder Turnpike, the building features four industrial spaces on the first floor with a 17.2k sf office on the second.
Metron Farnier’s space features two dock-high doors and a 28’ clear height. The building was built in 1995 and renovated in 2019 to include dock-high loading, building signage and modern finishes. The updates also included a new façade and entryway, parking improvements, a steel-framed canopy and an aluminum storefront.
Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger and Jeremy Kroner of CBRE represented the landlord, WSRE CP Centennial Investors LLC, a subsidiary of Walton Street Capital. With this deal, the building is fully occupied.
Industrial leasing activity in the Denver metro area kept up with supply in 2024, with 12.6 msf of leases signed, a 47.8% increase from 2023, according to CBRE Research. New leases or expansions accounted for 65.8% of total activity last year.
