Vero Capital has completed the construction of five spec suites at INISIO at Kierland, a two-building, 240.4k sf office campus located at 16430 N. Scottdale Rd and 16260 N. 71st in Scottsdale, AZ. Additionally, the firm has started construction on the next phase of renovations at the property. INISIO at Kierland is owned by affiliates of Vero.
The spec suites, ranging from 4k sf to 8k sf, offer immediate occupancy and provide flexible, move-in-ready solutions for tenants seeking premium office spaces in a dynamic and evolving market. These suites are designed to accommodate a wide range of tenant needs while reflecting the property’s commitment to excellence and innovation. Residential real estate brokerage firm The Agency recently signed a 5k sf lease in Kierland II.
The new renovations at INISIO are focused on creating a tenant-centered experience with an emphasis on wellness, collaboration, and community. Highlights of this next phase include:
• A 5k sf fitness center designed by Good City Studio, whose founding partners played key roles in developing Equinox Fitness clubs. This state-of-the-art facility features two thermal saunas, two cold plunges, recovery areas, on-demand fitness options, spa-inspired private locker rooms, and an outdoor fitness yard.
• Reimagined common areas, including a training center, shared conference spaces, library, billiards lounge, and focus booths to foster productivity and creativity.
• A multi-use courtyard spanning 5k sf, ideal for events and relaxation, alongside a designated food truck space and an all-day café operated by Infuse Hospitality, offering fresh, healthy dining options
• Exterior façade enhancements to give the property a modern and welcoming aesthetic.
Stream Realty Partners is responsible for managing, leasing, and overseeing the construction of the renovation. Other companies playing a role in Vero’s renovation project include construction management led by Dave Kollar, architectural and design elements led by Good City Studio, and construction work done by Willmeng Construction. Western Alliance Bank was involved in financing the project.
