R.G. Miller | DCCM has inked a long-term lease for 28.8k sf of corporate HQ space at Eldridge Oaks, a Class A, 14-story office building in Houston. The property is at 1080 Eldridge Pkwy.
R.G. Miller | DCCM, a civil engineering firm providing a wide range of infrastructure services to both public and private sector clients in Texas, will be relocating from 27k sf of space at 16340 Park Ten Place in Houston in the third quarter of this year once tenant improvements are complete.
Built in 2009 and renovated in 2023, Eldridge Oaks is LEED certified and totals 349.2k sf. It features a fitness center, conference center, indoor and outdoor tenant lounge, direct access to Terry Hersey Park, and is walkable to dozens of restaurants and retail.
Anthony Squillante and Drew Coupe with Avison Young represented the tenant. The landlord, an affiliate of Broadshore Capital Partners, was repped by Brad Fricks and Matt Asvestas of Stream Realty Partners.
