Chicago based Bradford Allen Hospitality Investments purchased the 100-room Aloft Glendale at Westgate hotel in Glendale, AZ in a $23.75 mil ($237.5k/room) transaction. The four-story hospitality asset is located at 6920 N 93rd Ave, west of Hwy 60.
Guest rooms at the Aloft Glendale at Westgate hotel feature lofty nine-foot ceilings, plush platform beds, LCD TVs, and walk-in showers. The hotel also features several on-site amenities and social spaces, including business meeting space, Re:charge℠ gym, outdoor Splash pool, urban-inspired WXYZ® BAR, and a convenience store.
Bill Murney with Cushman & Wakefield’s Hospitality team in Phoenix represented the seller, HCW Hospitality & Development, in the transaction.
“This is a highly desirable hospitality location in the Westgate Entertainment District,” notes Murney. “The hotel sits just steps from State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Arena, home to sports and concerts year round, shopping and entertainment destinations such as Tanger Outlets, AMC theater and Chicken & Pickle, and more surround the hotel.”
