Houston-based Midway has broken ground on CITYCENTRE Six, a 19-story, 320k sf Class A office tower in Houston. CITYCENTRE Six’s anchor tenant will be Dow, a global materials science company that leased roughly 200k sf of the building's office space for its Houston Dow Center. CITYCENTRE Six is slated for completion in 2026.
CITYCENTRE Six will offer 308k sf of office space, with up to 100k sf available for lease beyond Dow's tenancy. The tower will feature a nine-level podium parking structure, approximately 12k sf of ground-floor retail and dining options, and a new half-acre urban plaza designed to enhance the area's vibrant community. This plaza will serve as a sophisticated entrance to CITYCENTRE, fostering a natural, pedestrian-focused connection to the surrounding community.
Developed by Midway, and operated and managed by Parkway, Houston’s 47-acre CITYCENTRE district is a thoughtfully planned and meticulously executed, self-contained community. CITYCENTRE encompasses 2 msf, including 375.5k sf of retail space, 630k sf of Class A office space, 35 luxurious brownstone residences, 1,155 upscale apartment and loft units, and the 245-room, world class The Moran CITYCENTRE.
Activated by European-style, open-air plazas, and beautifully designed green spaces, CITYCENTRE is also home to Life Time Athletic, a 140k sf, state-of-the-art urban fitness facility with a full-service spa.
