Tacoma, WA-based Harts Lake LLC has purchased a six-screen movie theatre fully occupied by Larry H. Miller Megaplex Theatres in Mesquite, NV for $4 mil. Built in 2007, the property is situated on three acres of land at 749 West Mesquite Blvd in Mesquite.
Dave Wrzesinski with Avison Young represented the seller, a private investor from Miami, FL. The buyer was repped by Don Goethals of RE/MAX Extra Inc.
“The 1031 exchange buyer was attracted to this opportunity to acquire an asset with a high cap rate and strong tenant,” said Wrzesinski. “Additionally, this property is the only movie theatre in the City of Mesquite, making it even more appealing as a solid investment.”
