Perkins Coie, a Seattle-based law firm, has signed a long-term lease for a new 31k sf office location in Phoenix. The firm’s new space is at Camelback Esplanade, a Class A project located at 2525 East Camelback Rd in central Phoenix that will be undergoing a significant upgrade and renovation that began this year.
Perkins Coie is currently in the process of designing its new space and plans to begin tenant improvements in late summer or early fall, with an occupancy goal by next spring. Approximately 60 lawyers work out of the firm’s Phoenix office.
Founded in 1912, Perkins Coie is recognized as an Am Law 50 firm and has more than 1,200 lawyers in offices across the U.S. and Asia. They were repped in the deal by Cushman & Wakefield’s Scott Goldman, Dan Fisk, and Larry Downey. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
