In a recent industrial deal out of Boise, Idaho, Consolidated Electrical Distributors inked and expansion/renewal lease for 40.6k sf of space at 11510 W Executive Dr. The company has more than quadrupled its occupancy in the building from its previous footprint of 7k sf.
Cushman & Wakefield’s River Curtis and Peter O’Brien represented the landlord, B&W Boise LLC, in the transaction. According to Cushman & Wakefield’s latest Q4-2022 Boise Industrial Market report, the Boise industrial market vacancy closed 2022 at 2.9%, with the fourth quarter seeing 325k sf of positive net absorption, bringing the year’s annual total to nearly 1.5 msf of occupancy growth.
