M&M Thrift Management Company LLC inked a 66-month lease for 19.2k sf of space within Elevation25, an under-development Class A industrial park located adjacent to Interstate 25 in Mead, CO. The project owner/developer is Silver Point Development.
Phase 1 of Elevation25 encompasses two buildings totaling 203.7k sf. M&M will occupy a portion of Building 1 which totals 94.1k sf. The facility is estimated to deliver in Q1 2023. M&M will use the space for warehousing and distribution of its retail products. They are the second tenant to sign a lease in the building.
Elevation25 is the only high-bay warehouse speculative industrial development in the immediate area and is just two turns from I-25, heading northbound or southbound. It is strategically located equidistant to three of the region’s major markets – Denver, Boulder, and Loveland/Fort Collins, the pro-business/pro-growth town of Mead has been growing in popularity, attracting major companies over recent years for distribution and logistics including Amazon, Home Depot, UPS, FedEx, and PODS. The Elevation25 project will seek to capitalize on the 30% population growth projection in this northern corridor submarket over the next five years.
Dawn McCombs and Ryan Almaleh with Avison Young represented Silver Point Development in the transaction. Jim Hoffman and Tony Pierangeli with SRS Real Estate Partners repped M&M Thrift Management Company.
