Willow Run, a 91.6k sf shopping center in Westminster, CO, was acquired by CentrePoint Properties for $10.9 mil ($119/sf). The seller was Willow Run Investors, LLC, an entity operated by Gart Properties, who had purchased the asset in 2013.
The center is located at 12900-12910 Zuni St, at the corner with W 128th Ave. Tenants at Willow Run include Frolic Brewing Company and Big Liquor Warehouse at the two end cap locations. The property features ample parking and has close proximity to Interstate 25.
The seller was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield’s Jon Hendrickson, Aaron Johnson and Mitch Veremeychik.
“Willow Run Shopping Center is a quality neighborhood asset located at a fundamentally sound intersection,” noted Hendrickson. “The center is surrounded by residential housing, adjacent to Big Dry Creek Park, and has supporting demographics to suggest the future is bright. The local businesses within the property focus on the consumer within the surrounding community and those businesses have been met with reciprocal support throughout the last few years.”
