Copper State Bolt & Nut Co has broken ground on a new 39.5k sf, Class A distribution center on five acres they acquired within the PV 303 industrial park in Goodyear, AZ. The project represents an expansion of the Phoenix-based firm’s 50-year presence in Phoenix’s West Valley.
The new Copper State warehouse and distribution building is located at the southwest corner of the Loop 303 and Camelback Rd. It will feature dual shipping/receiving yards, a state-of-the-art customer call area, a fully air-conditioned warehouse and an open concept office area. Completion is estimated for January 2023.
Designed by Winton Architects Being and built by local general contractor Stevens-Leinweber Construction, the project sits within PV 303, a Loop 303-fronting industrial park master-developed by Merit Partners and slated to include more than 20 msf of industrial, office and retail space at build-out. The development is already home to approximately 7 msf of completed or under construction industrial product for tenants such as Ball Manufacturing, Boeing/XPO, Daimler, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Fairlife, HD Supply, REI, SubZero and XPO/Abercrombie and Fitch.

It provides traditional fasteners, construction products, industrial supplies and specialty products to a wide range of construction- and manufacturing-related industries. Copper State operates more than 30 facilities in Arizona, California, Colorado, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah and Washington.
