Legacy Partners and Pacific Life have broken ground on Araceli, a 236-unit, Class A, NGBS Green-Certified Gold high-rise in Denver. The project was designed by KTGY with Catamount Constructors as the general contractor.
The Araceli site, located at 4552 South Ulster, spans 1.38 acres. Anticipated for completion in 2024, the community will consist of a 13-story tower with ten residential levels of light-gauge steel structure above a three-level concrete garage podium. The project will feature homes with panoramic views and an average unit size of 896 sf, in addition to an expansive pool amenity deck on the fourth level. Additional features will include a protected Uber/Lyft pickup and drop-off area, and electric car charging stations.
Located directly off I-225 in the heart of the Denver Tech Center, Araceli is adjacent to Cherry Creek State Park and is near major employers including AIMCO, Microsoft, Zoom Video Communications, and Progressive Insurance.
Other contractors involved with project include Prescient (light gauge steel structure Designer/Fabricator), Jordan & Skala Engineers (MEP), Studio 10 Interior Design (interiors), S. A. Miro (structural engineer), Terracon (geotechnical) and Kimley-Horn (landscape and civil engineer).
