Irvine-based Premier Business Centers has opened it first location in Las Vegas. On June 1st of this year, Premier, the largest privately owned executive office suite operator in the US, acquired the WaterMark Executive Suites, located at 5940 South Rainbow Blvd in the South Rainbow Business Park.
Premier’s new 22k sf serviced office space in Vegas offers clients 63 private executive office spaces, two conference rooms, a training room, two day offices, a kitchen/lounge, and a reception area with tranquil water wall to conduct their business in.
Premier Business Centers provides full service flexible term office space, with offices ranging from 149 sf to 616 sf, for businesses in southern Nevada, along with a Las Vegas virtual address/mail service for businesses around the world. Premier also offers fully furnished and decorated day offices with telephone and internet service that can be rented by the hour for mobile business professionals. Appointed conference rooms and a training room that seats 20 are available for booking by the hour, day or week during business hours.
