Community amenities include a fitness center, resort-style pool, hot tub, a pair of gazebos, courtyards with fire pits, controlled access gates, and more. The property is located in Albuquerque's strongest multifamily submarket, the Far Northeast Heights, which features scenic views, quality schools, high income levels, and access to major employers.
Bill Fox (Albuquerque), Art Wadlund (Tucson), Mark Forrester (Phoenix), and Ric Holway (Phoenix) of Hendricks & Partners represented the seller, GFPG 12200 Academy Road ABQ II, LLC of Lakewood, CO. The buyer was MPLA Ventana Apartments LLC.
