Verifications Inc, a hiring solutions provider based in Minneapolis, MN, inked a five-year, $1.3 mil lease for 20.2k sf ($1.07/sf/mo) of office space in Tempe, AZ. The space is located at 8260 South Hardy Dr, within Warner Crossing Business Park.
Scott Nelson and Troy Nelson of Voit Real Estate Services represented the ownership group, a large West coast special servicing company. Verifications, which plans to use this space as its new Western service center, was repped by Mike Beall of Cushman & Wakefield. The deal is reportedly the tenth largest office lease completed in the Metro Phoenix area in the first quarter of 2012, according to Costar Group.
