Vantage Point Apartments, a 144-unit multifamily community in Bakersfield, was acquired by a Central Valley-based investor, in a $16.5 mil ($114.6k/unit), off-market transaction.
Built in 1985, the garden style community sits on 6.31 acres of land at 6001 Auburn St. The property is comprised of one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 597 sf to 805 sf. Amenities include large closets, ceiling fans, heated pool, laundry facilities, and gated access.
Mark Bonas with The Mogharebi Group represented the buyer in the deal. According to Bonas, the buyer has been very active in the Central Valley with this transaction marking their third acquisition in Bakersfield over the last 18 months.
