IMT Capital LLC purchased a 10+ acre, 440k sf development site in Thousand Oaks. Located at 339 Hampshire Rd, the property has a corner location with accessibility from U.S. Highway 101.
IMT Capital plans to convert the site to much-needed residential housing, including neighborhood-serving retail and community accessible open space amenities.
Brandon Michaels and Lonnie McDermott with Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction. According to M&M, this deal was one of the largest commercial real estate transactions in Thousand Oaks since 2016.
