US Storage Centers has acquired a 649-unit, 118.6k sf self-storage facility in Bakersfield. The property is located at 3813 Mesa Grande St, adjacent to the California State Route 99 Fwy.
The facility features climate-controlled units, electronic gated access and 24-hour video surveillance. It is the firm’s second Bakersfield facility, as it also owns and operates Bakersfield Storage located at 3049 Unicorn Rd.
US Storage Centers represented itself in the acquisition. The price was not disclosed.
