Topa has awarded the leasing assignment for The Campus at Topa Towers in Oxnard to Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura. Lee’s David Kim, Cory Richmond and Jared Smits are handling the listing.
The Campus at Topa Towers, a 500k sf office complex, is located at 300-500 E. Esplanade Dr, adjacent to the south side of the 101 Fwy at Vineyard Ave. It consists of two high-rise, Class A office buildings, five low-rise office buildings and bank, childcare and restaurant buildings on a 26-acre campus, has about 175k sf of office space available for lease.
Topa plans to create spec floors in each building including new restrooms, corridors and elevator landings. The program will also include spec suites in various sizes to accommodate tenants with more immediate occupancy needs.
The company is offering special incentives to tenants who lease the suites. Incentives for larger tenants, including reduced lease rates, are a part of a broader marketing strategy. Lobby enhancements and upgrades to the existing retail mix are planned.
