In a recent industrial sale comp out of Ventura County, a 113k sf, two-story building in Camarillo was acquired by a private investor for $12.875 mil, or $114/sf. The property is located at 750 W. Ventura Blvd, west of Las Posas RD and just south of the 101 Fwy.
Mike Catalano and Craig Newlands with Savills Studley represented the seller, Sentinel Properties, in the deal. Bob Tuler at Radius Commercial Real Estate and Investments repped the buyer, Lady's Slipper 1031 LLC.
Camarillo is a thriving community of over 68,000 in the heart of Ventura County and offers an appealing mixture of rural and suburban lifestyles. Located along the U.S. Highway 101, Camarillo is situated roughly midway between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara.
