In recent office leasing news out of the Conejo Valley, Securitas Security Services USA Inc recast the term of its lease for 12 years at Westlake Spectrum in Westlake Village. The firm occupies 72.6k sf in the 107.4k sf, two-building Class A complex. The recast lease term is valued in excess of $25 mil.
Securitas Security Services, a leader in private security services, was represented by Richard Bright and Ryan Bright of CBRE. The property owners, Barker Pacific Group and Rockwood Capital LLC, were repped by CBRE’s Michael Slater and Tom Dwyer.
Since acquisition in October of 2014, the property’s ownership venture has executed five leases that represent approximately 93% of the total rentable square footage within the project, bringing it to 98% leased.
