In one of the leases, Gold Coast Health Plan agreed to a 10-year, $7.8 mil lease for 33.7k sf at Camarillo Business Center II, located at 711 E. Daily Dr. Bill Kiefer, SIOR, of NAI Capital represented the landlord, 711 Building LLC.
