3/15/12

A 32.1k sf industrial property in Camarillo traded hands in a recent $3.2 mil ($100/sf) sale transaction. Located at 1230 Calle Suerte, within a master-planned business park, the property was purchased by Neff Inc.

The concrete, tilt up facility includes 8.3k sf of two-story office space with two exterior balconies. The warehouse portion of the building has high intensity lighting and boasts a minimum clearance of 22’. Other desirable features include two dock-high loading spaces, two grade-level loading doors and an abundance of parking with 74 spaces.

The facility is situated less than five minutes from the 101 Fwy and is near to many major firms from a number of industries. These include Harbor Freight (logistics), Deckers (clothing) and Technicolor (entertainment), as well as companies involved in electronics, aerospace and solar development.

Timothy P. Foutz with NAI Capital’s Encino office represented the seller, DeRado Trust, in the transaction.
