Situated in the San Diego Spectrum in the Kearny Mesa community, an award-winning redevelopment of the former General Dynamics facility, the property is ideally located near many multifamily complexes with easy access to Interstate 805 and highway 163.
Tim Cajka and Myles Martinez with Voit Real Estate Services represented the buyer, a private company based in San Diego. The seller, Cal Coast Credit Union based in San Diego, was repped by Bill Shrader of Urban Property Group. According to Cajka, the buyer will occupy the property and provide medical services to the community.
