San Diego Lighthouse Bible Church purchased a 25.6k sf office property in San Diego for $13.5 mil, or $527/sf. Built in 1985, the building sits on 2.47 acres at 5015 Shoreham, west of I-805 and north of Hwy 52, southeast of the University of California, San Diego.
