An 8k sf, Class B medical office building in Kearny Mesa sold for $5.35 mil ($669/sf). The property is located at 8623 Spectrum Center Blvd, north of Balboa Ave on the east side of the Hwy 163.
The single-story, freestanding building boasts a distinctive circular architectural design. Situated in the San Diego Spectrum in the Kearny Mesa community, an award-winning redevelopment of the former General Dynamics facility, the property is ideally located near many multifamily complexes with easy access to I-805 and Hwy 163.
Tim Cajka and Myles Martinez with Voit Real Estate Services represented the buyer, a private company based in San Diego. The seller, San Diego-based Cal Coast Credit Union, was repped by Bill Shrader of Urban Property Group. According to Cajka, the buyer will occupy the property and provide medical services to the community.
