Avantus, a clean energy company, inked a lease for 11.5k sf of office space in San Diego. The firm has taken space on the 15th floor at 655 West Broadway, at Kettner Blvd.
Built in 2005, the 23-story office building is currently 94.6% occupied, featuring a diverse mix of tenants. Amenities at the building include: iQSmartCenter, a state-of-the-art conferencing space; Studio655, a resort-style fitness center; and deck655, an 8.5k sf indoor-outdoor event space on the sixth floor.
CBRE's Chuck Reiter, Tyler Jemmett and Anna Barnes represented the landlord, MetLife Investment Management, in the transaction. Bryan Bazzi, also with CBRE, repped Avantus on the deal.
