The National Conflict Resolution Center Inks Office Lease in Downtown San Diego

8/14/25

In downtown San Diego, The National Conflict Resolution Center has signed a long-term lease for 11.3k sf of office space at 401 B St. The building, better known as Wells Fargo Plaza, is owned by Prebys Foundation.

The National Conflict Resolution Center will move to the 14th floor of the tower. The company is relocating from its previous location at 530 B Street. The suite they will occupy features a combination of private offices, conference rooms and break rooms.

Prebys Foundation purchased the 24-story office building earlier this year. The building features a renovated lobby, a state-of-the-art fitness center with showers and lockers, a conferencing center, an outdoor tenant lounge, and an on-site cafe, the Plaza Deli.

CBRE’s Tyler Jemmett and Anna Barnes represented Prebys Foundation in the transaction. Tom Turner and Bryan Bazzi, also with CBRE, repped the National Conflict Resolution Center. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
