Located at 605 3rd St, in the vibrant North Beach Cities submarket, the property is one block from the beach, a two block walk to Downtown Encinitas and three blocks from Coaster Station. It is also minutes to the I-5 Freeway via Encinitas Blvd.
605 3rd Street was originally constructed as a bank building in the 1960’s and has a unique architectural design, featuring a mixture of wood and stone exterior finishes and a glass line ideal for executive offices. The building provides prominent signage opportunities at the corner of Third and E Street.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Peter Curry and Owen Curry represented the seller, 605 3rd Street LLC, a local private investor partnership, in the transaction. The property was acquired by GJS Properties LLC, represented by CBRE’s Conor Brennan.
