DermTech LLC agreed to a lease for 28.9k sf of space in San Diego. The property is located at 12340 El Camino Real, north of the 56 Fwy and adjacent to the east side of I-5 in the Del Mar Heights area.
DermTech is a leader in precision dermatology offering non-invasive skin genomics solutions. They plan to use the space for its headquarters and laboratory.
JLL’s Grant Schoneman, Chad Urie, Taylor DeBerry and Stephanie MacLeod represented DermTech LLC in the lease. The landlord, Kilroy Realty, was repped by Brett Ward, Michael Cassolato and Evan Cassolato of Cushman & Wakefield. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Newly formed DermTech, LLC sought a space that would not only align with its company goals and culture but also optimize costs within a top-quality molecular laboratory environment. This purpose-built lab positions the company to provide exceptional service to its clients while supporting its long-term growth objectives,” commented Schoneman.
