There have been two new leases totaling 157.3k sf of space to report at North County Corporate Center, a five-building, 493.9k sf business park owned by Ares Industrial Management in Vista. These latest deals are with WESCO, which penned a full-building lease for 123.3k sf, and Packaging Solutions, which leased 34k sf of space within the Class A project.
WESCO leased the entire freestanding building located at 2760 Progress St, while Packing Solutions’ deal is in the building at 2765 Progress St.
The North County Corporate Center is located on Progress St near the intersection of Sycamore Ave and Business Park Dr. The project has market-functional modern building features, including 26-foot clearances, ESFR and ESFR-ready sprinkler systems, abundant dock-high loading, large truck yards, heavy power, and modern offices. The property is also convenient to the critical I-5 and I-15 freeways via SR 78, providing connectivity throughout San Diego and the entire Southern California region.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Aric Starck and Drew Dodds represented the landlord in each of the transactions. Eric Walker, Rich Porreco and Justin Walseth of Cresa represented WESCO and Evan McDonald of Colliers repped Packaging Solutions.
