TailoredSpace has opened its 11th new coworking campus, in the San Diego community of Kearny Mesa. Located at 9619 Chesapeake Dr, the new 12k sf space is the second TailoredSpace coworking location in San Diego.
“San Diego County is a main target for our growth in 2025 and 2026. In fact, we are already under construction on additional sites in Del Mar Heights and Oceanside,” said TailoredSpace Co-Founder Drew Sanden. “The strong demographics and lack of small offices for rent makes San Diego really attractive for continued expansion.”
Focused on bringing premium and flexible office spaces to suburban markets, TailoredSpace’s new Kearny Mesa location is accessible from the I-15 and CA-52 within walking distance to public transit. The coworking campus is in the heart of the vibrant Kearny Mesa business district with surrounding restaurants and retail. The space features executive suites, private offices, desks, and virtual memberships. All-inclusive amenities include phone rooms, conference rooms, along with refreshments and member events and parties.
“Kearny Mesa is an attractive submarket for coworking because of its surrounding residential, easy freeway access, and the diversity of local businesses. Early demand for the campus has been strong from multiple industries, including technology, service sectors, and defense subcontractors.” added Sanden.
Michael Mahoney of CBRE represented TailoredSpace in the deal.
TailoredSpace coworking locations are found in Brea, Del Mar, Carlsbad, Chino Hills, Corona, Laguna Niguel, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Santa Clarita, and West Covina. Its sister brand SimplerSpace operates sites in Carlsbad, Chino, Foothill Ranch, and Placentia.
