In a recent San Diego area distribution lease, Good Farms inked a deal for 80k sf at 7820 Paseo De la Fuente. The property is located east of Hwy 125 and just north of the U.S./Mexico border in Otay Mesa.
Good Farms is a San Diego-based produce and agricultural company that distributes products throughout North America. Its sustainable farms are in California, Baja, California, and mainland Mexico. The new building features a 36-foot clear height and extra trailer parking.
Chris Holder, Mark Lewkowitz and Will Holder with Colliers represented the tenant in the deal. The property ownership, Kearny Real Estate Company and Morgan Stanley, was repped by JLL. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Despite an uncertain economy and the threat of large Tariffs with Mexico, demand in the Otay Mesa market remains robust with over 700k sf of new leases being signed in the last six months,” noted Holder.
