American Lithium Energy (ALE) has inked an expansion lease for an 81.9k sf space in Vista. The company, an industry-leading manufacturer of lithium-ion batteries, is expanding from 21.5k sf in Carlsbad.
The company will use the space, located at 1395 Aspen Way, for R&D, manufacturing and distribution of its batteries. American Lithium Energy is scheduled to move into its new space in the fourth quarter of 2025.
JLL’s Tim Olson represented the American Lithium Energy in the lease. The lease value was not disclosed.
