The property sits on a .78-acre lot conveniently located near the Otay Port of Entry, with over 15 million vehicles and 2.8 million pedestrian crossings annually. The property was renovated from a bank to a Starbucks in 2017.
CBRE’s Reg Kobzi, Joel Wilson, and Michael Peterson represented the seller, IRE Development LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, Hidden Valley North LP, represented themselves in the deal.
