RAF Pacifica Group (RPG) recently leased 82k sf of space at two of its buildings in Carlsbad. In the larger deal, a leading aerospace manufacturing company leased a 64.5k sf facility at 1812 Aston Ave in the high-demand Carlsbad Research Center area.
The property is easily accessible to I-5, Hwy 78, McClellan-Palomar Airport, and El Camino Real. It features 46.2k sf of open-floor warehouse space and 18.3k sf of ground and mezzanine-level office space.
The warehouse features six docking doors with 18-24’ clear heights. Four dock doors accommodate grade-level loading. The building is equipped with skylights and a sprinkler system.
