A 20.4k sf industrial warehouse in San Diego was purchased for $7.5 mil ($368/sf) by Coyotarts LLC, an international transportation and logistics company based in San Diego.
The property is located at 2199 Britannia Blvd, between the Otay Mesa Fwy and the U.S./Mexico border in Otay Mesa. Coyotarts LLC plans to use the facility for the distribution of food products, primarily meat and produce.
Todd Holley, SIOR and Connor Usselman with Voit Real Estate Services represented the buyer in the deal. The seller, Santa Monica Produce Inc, which is also based in San Diego, was repped by Phil Linton of CBRE.
