The zoning allows for an array of outdoor industrial uses, including equipment and materials storage, vehicle equipment and supplies sales and rentals, trucking and transportation facilities, and caters to a list of companies looking for large excess yards.
Evan McDonald, Kurtis Blanchard and Mark Lewkowitz with Colliers brokered the deal on behalf of the Buyer, Miramar Acquistions,LLC, and the Seller, TFI International. The team will continue to advise the Buyer in exclusively leasing the property.
