Charter Communications has extended its lease for its 134k sf flex / corporate HQ facility at the Pacific Corporate Center in San Diego’s Sorrento Mesa submarket. The property is owned by Lincoln Property Company.
Located at 10450 Pacific Center Court, the facility features concrete tilt-up construction, well designed ingress/egress, open outdoor amenities, efficient office layout, and ample parking. Additionally, the property is optimally located near the I-805 and I-5 freeways, providing access to San Diego County’s various residential communities, San Diego International Airport, the Port of San Diego, and the region’s extensive amenity base.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Brant Aberg represented the landlord in the deal. The tenant was repped by Mike Hoeck & Meredith LaPier of CBRE.
“Pacific Corporate Center is a high-quality single-tenant corporate headquarters building with a prime semi-private location in Sorrento Mesa, one of San Diego’s top submarkets,” said Aberg. “Indicative of its commitment to the property, the existing tenant, dba Spectrum Cable, formerly Time Warner Cable, has occupied the building for more than 12 years. This is the tenant’s second lease extension.”
