In a retail sales comp out of San Diego County, a 3.4k sf, freestanding building in El Cajon was purchased by a private investor in a recent $5.65 mil ($1,662/sf) transaction.
The building is located at 706 Fletcher Pkwy, west of Hwy 67 at Johnson Ave. Formerly a Boston Market, the property is newly leased to Chipotle
Jeff Drew of Retail Insite represented the buyer, Gordon and Katherine Tucker Trust, in the transaction. Don Moser, also with Retail Insite, repped the seller, JM El Cajon Owner LLC. Michael Walseth of the Walseth Company assisted in the transaction.
