ShipLab has signed a sublease for a freestanding 86.5k sf industrial building in Vista. ShipLab will use the space, located at 3055 Enterprise Ct, for expansion of its ecommerce fulfillment business.
Built in 1998, 3055 Enterprise Court offers 20 dock high doors, four grade level doors, 28-foot clear height, large truck court and ESFR sprinklers. The sublessor is Peloton.
JLL’s Scott Schindler represented ShipLab. Peloton was repped by Blake Wilson of CBRE. According to Schindler, they were able to secure the high-end distribution center at a vastly under market sublease rental rate in a highly competitive market.
"The San Diego industrial market continues to be one of the tightest in the region with vacancy at 3.2%,” said Schindler. “This was a perfect opportunity for ShipLab, as it was previously built out for Peloton who never occupied the space.”
