Stos Partners has acquired a 37.5k sf corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in the North San Diego County city of Poway for $8.6 mil ($229/sf). Situated just down the street from an 18k sf warehouse that Stos also owns, the property is located at 13955 Stowe Dr.
Stos Partners plans to implement a series of capital upgrades including interior office rehabilitation, roof repair, and HVAC system replacement, among other improvements. The firm was able to fully lease the building to a manufacturer/supplier of products serving the life sciences industry shortly after closing.
James Duncan and Mickey Morera at Kidder Matthews represented Stos Partners in the deal. Financing was provided by C3Bank.
