Otay II Commerce Center, a two-building industrial center totaling 151.4k sf located in San Diego’s Otay Mesa area, has reached the concrete wall panel tilt-up construction milestone. The project is a development of Cabot Properties. Construction is slated for completion in fall 2021.
Otay II Commerce Center’s Building A is 72k sf and includes a 32’ clear height, LED lighting, 91 parking stalls, 26 dock-high doors, two ground-level doors with ramps and an ESFR fire sprinkler system. Building B is 79.4k sf and includes a 32’ clear height, LED lighting, 97 parking stalls, 28 dock-high doors, two ground-level doors with ramps and an ESFR fire sprinkler system. The buildings are located at in East Otay Mesa on Paseo del la Fuente, immediately adjacent to the new SR-11 Border Crossing in San Diego.
Colliers’ Mark Lewkowitz, Chris Holder and Will Holder are handling leasing efforts for Otay II Commerce Center. According to Lewkowitz, the buildings are divisible down to spaces as small as 21k sf.
