Multifamily Property Looking Out Over Mission Bay Goes for $700k/Unit

5/27/21

A nine-unit multifamily property located in the Crown Point area of San Diego’s Pacific Beach neighborhood sold for $6.3 mil, or $700k/unit. The property overlooks the Kendall-Frost Mission Bay Marsh Reserve and the Northern Wildlife Preserve.

The property is located at 3970 Crown Point Dr and is comprised of all two-bedroom/two-bath units that feature open floorplans and average 1.2k sf in size. It recently underwent significant interior and exterior renovations and enhancements. The buyer intends to further upgrade the property and hold as a long-term investment.

Jon Busse of Colliers San Diego represented the buyer, Amos Travis. Todd Law of Capital Growth Properties repped the seller, El Real LLC.

“Each unit at the property provides residents with unobstructed views over Mission Bay toward the Downtown San Diego Skyline, making this an extremely desirable location for tenants and an attractive investment property for the new ownership,” said Busse.
