Stos Partners paid $8.775 mil for a 62k sf ($141.50/sf), multi-tenant industrial property in San Marcos. The property, which is currently 100% occupied by six tenants and facilitates a range of light industrial uses, was purchased in an off-market transaction.
The property is located at 1545-1565 La Mirada Dr, west of Hwy 78 and north of San Marcos Blvd. Stos Partners plans to implement a capital improvement program at the property that will include a new roof, parking lot, interior and exterior paint, new fencing, and upgraded landscaping.
