Valley Parkway Auto Service Mall, a 34.1k sf automobile service center property in the north San Diego County city of Escondido, sold for $3.6 mil ($106/sf). Valley Parkway Auto Service Center is comprised of four multi-tenant industrial/retail buildings situated on 2.33 acres at 2109-2127 East Valley Pkwy, east of San Pasqual Valley Rd and south of Washington Ave.
Bill Barnett and Doug Hogan of Colliers International San Diego Region represented the buyer, Cohen EVP LLC, and the seller, Buster Family Trust.
