A 3.2k sf McDonalds and a 2.3k sf Union 76 service station on two parcels totaling 50.8k sf of land in Pacific Beach sold for a total price of $8 mil.
The assets are located at 4711 Mission Bay Dr and 2804 Garnet Ave, just west of I-5 in San Diego. The northeast corner location is one of San Diego’s most heavily trafficked intersections.
Brandon Keith, Kipp Gstettenbauer and Ryan King with Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office represented both the buyer, Mission Day LLC, and the seller, JR&C Harris, in the transaction.
“This property was originally claimed by homesteaders in the 1800s and held within the same family for generations,” according to Keith. “The buyer in this transaction is only the second party to hold title according to official records.”
